Cheap Travel Insurance
PHA Insurance Services Ltd has a range of travel insurance policies available to meet the needs of most people during all their trips abroad. The cost of travel insurance is so low, for most people, these days that there is no excuse for travelling without it. All of us look to get a good deal so just because you buy cheap travel insurance doesn’t mean that you have to forego aspects of cover. Our policies for UK & EU residents include all of the normal sections of cover that you would expect in a travel insurance policy, such as emergency medical expenses (including emergency dental costs for the purpose of pain relief only), repatriation costs, personal liability cover, legal expenses, cancellation cover and personal belongings cover. Of course, our cheapest policies do exclude some things that more expensive policies will cover, such as the option to cover pre-existing medical conditions or cover in the event of hijack or kidnap. Cheap travel insurance is a relative term as there are several factors such as the age of the traveller, the duration of the trip and the destination that will determine the price of a travel insurance policy, so it really means cheap when compared to equivalent policies and we aim to provide quality travel insurance at very competitive prices. We have policies that will provide cover for anyone of any age, from newborn to over 100, however, our two most popular policy ranges have age caps of 74 for our cheapest policies and 85 for the policies primarily intended for the purpose of covering pre-existing medical conditions. Other policies we sell include long stay policies, annual multi-trip policies, group travel policies, winter sports policies, adventures policies for people planning on doing some of the more extreme/hazardous activities/sports, policies including vehicle breakdown cover for European motoring, policies with high cancellation cover specifically for cruises, policies you can buy if you’ve already left your home country, policies for any nationality and country of residence and even a policy that will cover pregnancy as late as 36 weeks in most cases. All travel insurance policies will vary slightly depending upon the insurer and underwriters of the policy, and you should ensure that you read the policy wording, key facts and schedule of benefits at the time you purchase a travel insurance policy from PHA Insurance Services Ltd, or shortly thereafter, to be certain that it includes the cover you need. There is a 14-day period after purchase, less if you are due to travel on the policy within that time, where you can cancel the policy and get a guaranteed refund, if you find that it doesn’t meet your requirements for any reason. However, if you leave it longer than that we may not be able to make a refund at all or only a partial refund. So bear in mind that a cheap travel insurance policy is only cheap if it actually provides the cover that you need for your trip.
