If you experience any technical problems e.g. difficulty in saving or printing your policy, we would appreciate rather more than "I had trouble getting my policy". We have eradicated some early problems on this issue but if they continue, please tell us all about your operating system, browser used, exactly what goes wrong and where, what are the precise symptoms and whether you also experience similar problems with other web sites or applications. We intend to get to the bottom of all problems such as this and your help would be greatly appreciated.

CLAIMS SERVICE
All claims must be referred to the insurance company directly. We regret that we will not be able to assist in respect of claims. There are specialist departments at the insurers' offices to handle claims and you will be better served by entrusting your claims handling procedure to these experts.
