If you simply wish to "renew" an expired policy, please follow the procedure as if to buy a new policy Due to a database upgrade the policy retrieval system only works for policies purchased after 30th April 2007, if you purchased your policy before then please send an e-mail to travel.info@phauk.com with your request for copy documents and include your full name, date of birth and postcode, and we will e-mail them to you.
